I guess there was little hope with how the team has been run recently. What kid would choose the Sox over the Cubs?

My kids grew up as “Sox fans”…they just have no reason to care anymore.

Friday nights game was the longest my kids have watched a Sox game in 3 years, as they were surrounded by other Sox and Cubs fans at a party.
