That was just as bad as Cash pulling Snell in 2020

Kirby was dominating everyone, Baez got lucky with that first pitch swinging at a fastball, I cannot believe they pulled Kirby there

It's questionable even if Spier got out of it. I don't think anyone would have blamed him if he didn't pull Kirby and he allowed a homer to Carpenter.

Rooting for Dodgers to sweep the Cubs and then sacrificial AL team and the national media to then lose their minds...

They have to come up with a more workable model short of salary caps and spending floors.

Will believe it's actually halfway fair when Murakami signs anywhere other than LAD.

This is why Ray was insistently arguing the last two months about the true value of a unicorn like Skubal Crochet Skenes here.

Just doesn't lose four times in one season against the same team...even on the road in the most hostile environment you can get in baseball.

What's Skubal's deal after next season???

$500-650 million???

1. Gerrit Cole, $324 million

In December of 2019, Gerrit Cole signed with the New York Yankees for nine years, and $324 million. Since signing the deal, he has gone 51-23 with a 3.08 ERA, and 816 strikeouts.

2. Stephen Strasburg, $245 million

After the 2019 World Series, the Washington Nationals signed Strasburg to a seven-year contract, worth $245 million. Since signing the deal, the former No. 1 overall pick has appeared in just eight games, going 1-4.

3. David Price, $217 million

Yamamoto $300 million.

Part of Ohtani's deal going to the pitching side, obviously.

Hard to believe they took him out at 99 pitches. He must have emptied the tank to get the top of the lineup out in the 6th.

Also surprising never more than 107 pitches and usually below 100.

Max effort guy.

Burned Canzone too.

Wow wow wow.
