Its just runs allowed. Its really not that weird. The only reason theres division by outs is because a winning team likely isnt batting in the 9th. 

Canada goes into Bot 9th leading PR 3-2

will have tiebreaker with Cuba/Canada depending on how this goes

Yeah USA is in a bad spot since Italy and Mexico have both had a shut out. So If they don’t put up a ton of runs here than it doesn’t look good if Mexico beats Italy.

US seems pretty much like they are screwed if it goes to tie breakers. Giving up 5 to Brazil is going to be something they regret a ton.
