Burke looked okay his last two innings. Benintendi didn't do him any favors. Bad send of Monty, but Jirsch was probably just trying to get momentum going. It's the Brewers. They won the most games in the league, last year. Would like to see Acuña and Preira get going.

Didn’t have a chance to watch today…but seems like Venable is trying to juggle a bunch of moving parts with this lineup. I get they suck, but would it hurt to just stick with same 9 guys for at least a couple of weeks? Can’t imagine some consistency/continuity would be the worst thing for a lineup full of guys getting their 1st starting spot to open a MLB season.

Just saying for game threads specifically, - Lip has been a big scrooge in them as long as i have been here. its tiring at this point. We can win 5 in a row and hes silent and doesnt post but 1 loss and he's ready to post an essay. i stand by my bet, hope he takes it.

He has probably watched Jerry’s s%*# show longer than both of us. I know he has watched more than me. He is obviously a fan of the White Sox as he posts a daily historical facts about them. But Jerry is the equivalent of The Grinch on Christmas and can ruin anything, including the White Sox and Bulls.

yeah but you realize the only reason Getz acquired 50% of the 26man roster is to hope and pray that they play well so he can trade them right? he couldn't give a s%*# how many games the Sox lose or how bad Venable looks

and it's gonna be the same song and dance for the next 3 years because this team is so damn far away from being competitive

Antonacci needs more time in the minors and wouldn’t solve all the problems with the lineup anyways. He would be jumping from AA to the majors. It likely wouldn’t be pretty.
