Ben Peoples having a good start to the season. No runs given up in 12 innings with 11 Ks (8 appearances). Could see him in the major league pen if he keeps it up.

It is less than a month, but Shelton looks too good for that league.

Kelenic has turned things around dramatically. I'd guess that the Sox will sell him to another team in the next month (unless they decide to dump one of Peters/Hill and keep him).

When the Sox sent J. Gonzalez to Charlotte while he was still struggling in Birmingham, I figured that the Sox had decided that he was just an org guy, so they just let him org-away in Charlotte. It appears that that conclusion may have been premature.

Feels like the middle infield prospects are just collectively going nuts. Shelton, Bonemer, Bergolla, Lodise, Mogollon, Nishida and Burrowes all have wRC+ above 100. Carlson's at 91 which isn't bad all things considered.

Now add Colson, Meidroth and Antonacci at the MLB level.

And likely Roch.

He's certainly making a case for himself with this insane heater he's on. I'm not sure how much longer they can keep him in Winston, but I'll definitely be excited to see how he does in Birmingham whenever he gets the call, which will be more age appropriate.
