Nice W. Now let's get the W tomorrow to make up for losing a series to the Nats.

Just looking at the rosters, the Tigers to me should win this division by 10 games and be right there with the Yankees. They are missing something, and I hope they keep missing it.

Baez was carted off the field today. The AL Central is wide open

Ill take that inning. Get him out and bring on their bullpen.

  • Fast forwarded to the end. Maybe my favorite game of the season. Soriano and Martin were really fun to watch, especially the part where the Sox touched Soriano up -- his ERA increase to 0.84. My guy R

Our friend Martin Perez just went 5 scoreless against them. 2.22 ERA on the season. Wish we woulda kept him. Good player, good guy, probably a better LHP than Kay for a fraction of the price.

Their lineup seems to be a lot of boom or bust, streaky guys. Greene and Torkelson specifically seem to go on a tear for a week or two then have several 0-4 games in a row.

Did you know that Perez was signed by Atlanta to a minor league deal in the offseason. Then he was DFA’ed, went unclaimed, elected free agency, and Atlanta signed him to another minor league deal.

Yeah. Dumb. Kinda like the Rockies cutting Romo and the Sox somehow passing him through waivers. Most of these people in charge of baseball teams are very dumb.

I was curious and looked in the Sox media guide, it was the 12th time in franchise history a player homered from both sides of the plate in the same game and the first since Leury Garcia did it in 2020 vs. Minnesota.

Jose Valentin did this three times and Nick Swisher twice.

How are the Rays 18-11?

Incredible.

Maybe they don't miss Asst GM Carlos Rodriguez all that much.

Rays have a very good manager and they do little things to win baseball games with good defense, good speed along with some power with Diaz, Aranda and Caminero. Pitching hasn’t great but decent.

Baez isn't a big loss. He's just a name

Can’t wait until Teel is back.

Has he even started a rehab yet?

1) Davis Martin is that dude.

2) Remember when Frank Menechino said "f*** the home run?" Possibly the dumbest statement from the first rebuild era. This team is so much more fun when launching bombs.

If Davis keeps pitching like this he will get us a couple of top 100 prospects in June.

I see no way this team keeps him.
