I am drinking every time Kay goes 3-2. Hammered already. Get him out before I end up in the ER.

He went 5 IP 1 R (unearned) against them last time and has a 2.25 ERA in his 3 May starts so far

I haven't seen a win out here in a while, here's hoping. I guess I missed a come back in 2024? It's pretty foggy.

@slysarahsmooth I like that pixel art. Sox are gonna show a pulse tonight, yesterday was a tough opener after the travel day.

Haha thanks. Good old RBI baseball on the NES. And yeah i hope so. Hopefully Sam will respond well after last night's questionable performance

I understand and appreciate Sam's aggressive style of play, but The three controversial plays he was involved with made him look more foolish than anything. Even Ozzie would not defend Sam dropping a ground ball to start a double play or standing in the base path between second and third. Beckham likewise did not understand why Sam tried to get to third with no outs in the first inning and was tagged out easily. Sam needs to use his noggin a bit more.

There is a fine line between smart aggression and stupid aggression. Right now he's on the wrong side too often. But he's a great player and he'll be a regular or super sub for a long time on a number of fun good Sox teams I hope.

Miller gave up 8 hits over 5.1 IP in his season debut against HOU, but limited the damage to 2 ER against a pretty solid offense.

He had a sub 3 ERA in 2024, but a 5+ ERA in an injury-riddled 2025, so hard to say which version they'll see tonight.

Something that has been consistent is him being more vulnerable to lefties and not getting a ton of swing/miss, so there should be some pitches to hit

I was always more of a fan of Baseball Stars, even though it didn’t have real players like RBI Baseball.

Have fun, bring us a dub!

Brook is really short and filters do alot. Shes like 10 feet from me.

Brewers Rays Guardians on top once again

Majority of big market teams outside of NYY scuffling right now.

Parity or aberration?

Or it's simply small market teams like Pirates amassing stronger drafts with higher selections?

Scott Scooter Fletcher was hardly tall...but sister Brittany was Miss Georgia 2013 (Gordon's wife).

Kid is a rookie, he will learn when it is the right time to be aggressive in the majors. I would say the dropped ball was a more heads up play by him to try and get a double play, there was no harm in trying it. The 2B ump didn't say anything and he almost got away with it. The interference was iffy IMO, yeah he was in the wrong spot but the runner could have easily avoided him, he has also been trying to learn LF in the minors and majors so I can see how there are mental lapses with playing 2B especially as a rookie. The out at 3rd was dumb, I can see why he tried though, they were shifted quite a bit, rookie at 3B with has backed turned and a walk in the 1st inning. He will learn, he will still make outs but will also gain bases and runs with the aggressive nature. I don't want him to be different though

Guardians on a roll

28-22

Tigers have fallen to 20-29, a season low 9 games under .500

Same here. I still play Baseball Stars every once in a while. Didn't have real players but you could at least try to recreate your favorite team with names and stats if you felt like it

Colson looks more loose in warmups than you see in TV for sure
