I don’t love our only backup 1B being our starting 3B and needing to shift our great fielding SS over to 3B for a nothing bat. Let one of the OFs pick up a 1B mit since there’s so many of them on the roster.

No they can't but Gonzalez was really tearing up the last 2 games. Looks like 7 for 8 with 3 HRs and I think a 4th HR from that suspended game. Just not sure how many AB he got in that resumed game.
