When he took that 3-1 pitch I knew it meant he wasn't confident hitting him and I don't want a guy swinging 3-1 against a pitcher who walks people unless the pitch looks good to him. I wish it looked good to him, but he's been a pretty weak hitter against lefties so my hopes weren't high to begin with.
