Acuna is not like the other two. Basically he’s been pretty darn good the past 6 weeks. Clearly earned a spot on the roster.

Acuna is hitting over .400 with .950+ ops in June and July (basically his last 50 at bats).

I know that - but over June and July he has been a very productive player. Vargas sucked for his first 60 plus games with the Sox before turning a corner and then a bigger corner.

Maybe last 15-20 games is a fluke, but he has been a very productive bench player for the past 45 days.
