Braden is a big piece of this organization going forward. Why would you not play him and get him the playoff type of experience right now. It's only going to help him grow. You can always pinch hit for him if the situation calls for it.

Also, Statcast data has him suffering horrendous luck as of late. That said, he is legitimately weak against LHP so far. I still would prefer to have him playing just about every day, though.

Sox have usually struggled coming out of an off day. 8-0 in games before the off day dating back to late June. But just 2-5 in the games after off days with a lot of blowouts. They need to come out looking sharp.

I still think KC has a nice position player core.

This game is incredibly annoying to watch. Its all BABIP. Nothing really hit hard and weird deflections and pop ups that have turned into hits.

It’s concerning that Boston has really nothing to play for, although the way the beat up on the Sox, they should be motivated to keeping the Sox in it and Cleveland out of it.

I really don't understand batting Pham 2. He should play vs lefties but hitting him in the most important spot in the lineup is insane.
