Southside hitmen

So good to see Mune with his swing in sync heading into the playoffs. That 6 week layoff probably messed him up, he would most likely have 45 homers right now if not for the injury.

Doyle is definitely a keeper.

Very encouraging to see him hit lefties well consistently to end the season.

Hate to say it but kolson needs to ride the pine and put sam/Chase infield.

Astros up 4-0 . Rangers down 3-1

He shows no sign of coming out of it.

I wonder if Grant is going to start Tuesday.

Kay gets a bonus if he can go 7 innings, forgot what the total inning count would be.

Who said Sam is a lousy second sacker?

That would be very dumb. I could see Smith starting with Fedde coming in for 2-3 innings

Shane Smith?

Asking myself the same thing who is Smith?

If we win today that will be 84 wins, 10 days ago most of the prognosticators predicted 84 wins would win the division. They didn’t predict that the Guards would be almost unbeatable down the stretch.

I tell you, the problems we have in our OF right now are good to have. Can't figure who we take out of the lineup. Loving what Doyle has been doing lately. Kind of want to go with him in Houston becuase of the short porch.

I’m feeling really bad for Colson right now but nothing is going to change for the playoffs, he needs to be benched, he’s not helping the team at all.

The Assblows stadium should be illegal. I’ll take one for Soxtalk Nation and drive my ass to Houston and go to all three ( or two ) games with hi8is jr. In full black and white face paint and Sox gear.

Only problem is funds so if we want to pool a gofundme for gas, hotels, and tickets - we’re in. 😆

Mune wanted to hit it back to Tokyo lol

Interesting that they let Newcomb even pitch in this game. You'd think they should have just let Kay go another.

74 pitches and yanked him in a meaningless game. Convince me that wasn’t dictated by the FO before today’s game.
