First it was Lee for Pods/Ginter Then Lee for Pods/Ginter/Viz Then Lee/Harris for Pods/Ginter/Viz Now it's "officially" Lee for Pods/Viz. I'll wait for official announcement on mlb.com as well as on ESPN. Also, the SOX have offered money to Clement, and I DO hope we sign him. -y2

I am not sure about this trade. Pos gives the Sox somethings they have needed...speed and smart base running. I hate losing CLee's power but he was a total idiot on the bases...this will take some time to digest

Crede and Ginter are both about the same in what they potentially could do next year, and I think Crede could in the end be the better player. SB

The cubs should do a wood for garland swap Not I'm not dumb. Wins are a lot more important than ERA. He's had a couple of seasons of decent ERA's, but he's an injury risk. Plus, at no time did I say he wasn't better than Garland. I just mentioned Garland has more wins than him. Clement is overpriced. Teams with budgetary concerns like the White Sox should stay away. The guy is getting $1 million per win last season. Its ridiculous. Whichever team signs this guy at that number will regret it.

December 13, 200421 yr I don't know if this makes anyone feel better, but I talked to a guy at the Cougars game once, (where I worked) he said he had Podsednik live with him when he played with the Cougars (affiliated with the Marlins at that time.) He said the kid was not the most talented player in the world, but worked his a$$ off. That's the only reason he made it to the pro's.
