I hope that all these moves, including adding Iguchi, is leading to people buying up tickets. I was at Comiskey, on Jan. 14th, and the turnout was not all that great (I realize it was freezing). As much as I do not buy JR and KW saying the Sox 'Break-Even', its hard to tell them to spend, spend, spend...when we don't fill the place up very well.

 

So lets go guys...start getting tickets (and not just on half price days)...and lets pack the place this year. Our players deserve it.

Here's some positive on ticket sales.

 

Usually Opening Day does not sell out until a day or two before the season. I just checked for two seats for Opening Day and they only had the last two sections in the upper deck left.

I honestly can't say at the moment how many games I'll be able to afford this year, but I'll make as many games as I possibly can. Half Price Mondays, HERE I COME!!!!

Iguchi pushed it over the top for me. I'm buying 2 Minnie 9-game plans for me and my girlfriend this weekend. I want to see Iguchi!

I bought the weekend package,as always. I would go everyday but,it is a long drive from the north subs.

AJ signing was going to have me going to more games. The Iguchi signing will have me sitting down this week and picking out 2 nine game plans. It's just a matter of work scedule, 2 hour drive, my 2 little babies, and my budget. If KW can get the job done for the team, I'd better do my part.

Just payed my final deposit on my first ever season tickets! Can't wait for the season to start.

I got my Minnie plan, It's f***en sweet, Opening Day, Cubs, Yankees, Red Sox, Dodgers, Diamondbacks, Twins, Texas and Oakland.

I'm gonna try to talk my dad into the 9 game plan for this season. We usually end up going that many times each year anyways, but it is hard since we live far away and I play about 60 baseballs games each summer.

I bought the ozzie package giving me 14 games to go to, I'll end up going to more also during the summer, I really can't wait for opening day, can't get here soon enough.

I used to do Season tickets, but things always come up during the game days, so now I just go whenever I have time which usually shakes out to be about 30 games per season.

 

I usually go to all or most Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday games.

Just wear a coat or something. You gotta suck it up for opening day! It's the best day of most years for Sox fans, especially when we don't make the playoffs.

Made it to 9 games last year, living 5 hours away and I'll probably try to make it to 9 or so this coming season.

 

I'd hope that qualifies as "doing my part" to "fill the place."
