I heard that Robin Ventura will join D.J. in the announcer's booth for the upcoming Tampa Bay series. Does anyone know if this is true?

He's one of the worst that I've ever heard. I'd honestly rather have Ron Santo or Joe Carter.

Ron Santo is hillarious when the Cubs are sucking and Joe Carter was always a riot cuz you never knew what jackass comment you was gonna make during the game. My personal favorite:

 

"Delino Deshields has gone shaveless!" - Joe Carter in response to seeing Deshields' freshly shaved head

Considering he really has no experience, and didn't have much time to prepare, I thought the Pope did a good job. Obviously, if you put him up against people who do that for a living, he's not that impressive, but I thought for a fill in on very short notice he was fine.

I didn't think he was that bad. Just makes you miss and apperciate Hawk that much more.

the nose really doesnt bother me...

No dude , I would turn her down. I have gotten my share in my life time.Just because she is famous does not make her more appealing to me. I just don't find her attractive. She could not compare to the girl i'm with. she could give me head though.

If his ST game was any indication I wouldn't expect much out of Robin, hopefully someone sent him a tape of that game with a critque for him to work on.
