Crede's swing on the 2-1 pitch before was very strange. He was under it by like a foot.

Exactly what I was wondering.

Crede has to be swinging on that pitch. He was in protect mode, and swung at pitches that were much worse than that. Another chance blown there. Garcia has his work cut out for him this inning.

Yeah, this has cerataintly been a frustrating game to watch with the way our offense has been playing. I still think we will pull out a win. We do like to score in late innings

Just got back from dinner and was half expecting the Sox to finally be losing!! It is AMAZING how the Sox continue to be in close games.

 

It is obviously the pitching, but for me as a Sox fan, I am not used to this kind of amazing baseball!!

Garcia has got to be careful with Huff here. Also, has anyone noticed Dye's lack of hustle in the outfield tonight? He almost allowed Hollins to score on Singleton's hit because he seemed to take forever getting to the ball. Also, that Crawford hit went a little longer than I think Dye thought it would.

Twins currently have runners on 1 and 2 with 2 down although they started em there with no outs. Still down 3-0
