Fotop Posted June 29, 2005 Share Posted June 29, 2005 A lot of good names in there, don't really know what the Bulls would really need but these guys strike me as quality pickups for anyone: Azubuike, Banks, Bynum, Winston, Basden, Roberson and maybe Morris and Walsh if you're desperate. Kyyle23 Posted June 29, 2005 Share Posted June 29, 2005 This will probably get a few laughs, but I seriously think my fellow alum Darren Brooks from SIU will get a serious shot. he may be on the short side (6'3") but the kid is absolutely muscled and was a 2 time MVC player of the year and defensive player of the year. If I understand it correctly it will be more like hockey where you can dress 12 players out of a 15 or 14 man roster (I forget which) You won't have the faux injuries to keep 3 extra players around. Anderson, Azubuike, and Basden could all be nice fits at SG, and maybe Banks. I'm not really a fan of any of the other big guys (although I'll admit I don't know much about some of the foreigners). Jackie is an athletic 6'5 SG that is an absolute defensive stopper. He also has the athletic ability to get to the hole and finish. I'm certainly not the one to talk much about the NBA, but Manual looked like one helluva defender when I saw him play in college. Not much offensively, but extremely good defensively.
