This is where I think that AJ is a better game-caller. I think he is much better at out-thinking hitters in crunch time.

Team is losing focus plain and simple. They have been on top all year with a big lead for most of it. They better realize they can lose this lead in a hurry and get back to playing the kind of BB that got them to where they are.

Just looked up Cliff's stats for the last 7 days (not including today). 4 games, 3.1 IP, with a 5.4 ERA.

Mike Sweeney is an awesome guy! I met him in spring training last year...seriously don't hate him for long...I always liked him as a player. This series is so pitiful. I just sit here and think what the real KC Royals team would look like if they spent the cheese on players...?

Its not necessarily losing the lead, its going into the playoffs flat. Thats what scares me.
