This is a good trade. You'd have to give up a lot more to get Mackowiak, who's been just awful since the ASB.

Nothing really lost, so not bad.

Blum is a nice fill for nothing. its a good deal. They gave up nothing.

Good, Ryan Meaux sucks. He had no chance in this organization with the amount of lefties we have here.

Giving up Ryan Meaux doesnt upset me much. This is about solidifying the bench or maybe swinging a bigger trade.

This should get the traveling secretary on the phone to United Airlines getting Willie Harris a flight to Charlotte, unless this a precursor to another trade.

this is about getting a bench player that can actually play 3b.

The ONLY thing that upsets me about this trade is tha Ryan Meaux is a COOL name.

Meaux was gonna be a career minor leaguer in this organization anyways. At least Blum is a proven major leaguer who has shown the ability to hit with Houston and can backup Crede at third, unlike Ozuna who get me nervous every time he fields a ball.
