Wow. What a great day. Nothing better than beating the Yankees...except maybe the Red Sox...Like to shut them up this weekend and then shut up the Twins.

Dustin Hermanson now has as many saves as Rivera.  We just beat Rivera.

 

Was someone on ESPN saying that Rivera is a Cy Young candidate?  Dustin should just point at the sky and pump his fist and smile.

The difference was not in their pitching, but in their center fielder's defense. That last out would have been at least a run scoring double with Bernie Williams in Center.

I still can't belive we won 2 outta 3 against the YAnks in Yankee Stadium only scoring 6 RUNS!!!!

Our 9th win scoring 2 runs or less. I wonder how many of those we had last year.

Did anyone not like the decision to send Podsednik? An excellent win obviously, but you'd think you'd bunt him over to second with Pablo and leave it up to Everett and Konerko to get that insurance run in.
