Can't knock that double though.  That was a tough ass pitch to hit.  The walk is what kills. 

 

And qwerty, why, because walks hurt, you need to make pitches and at least give your defense the chance to get outs.  If it means you give up the ocassional homer, so be it.

 

No one can convince me that a walk is worse than a home run. A homerun is a automatic run ( it's kinda in the name) a walk just gives the opposing team a chance to score... nothing is guarauntee.
