Shhh keep it down. No sleep, plus tons of alcohol equals long unproductive day at work

I really pick good days for vacation lol. WOOHOO! When I leave for the errand in a few I need to go and pick up the papers - gotta have copies of that!

I actually went to bed at a decent time last night, midnight. But I have been staying up so damn late the past week, that sleep was not too hard to find. THe stress level also fell down finally, so I fell asleep with Bill Melton on TV talking to me, and a HUGE smile on my face. I woke up in the middle of the night to some soccer game, so I shut that wacky stuff off. Then I woke up this morning, my alarm clock set to the Score, and Mike North's voice actually put a smile on my face. Odd way to start the morning. :D

I feel your pain. I was out until 2AM and got up for work at 5:30. Only 8 hours and 45 minutes left until I go home.

My eyes are so red, and they're burning more every hour, I might ask to go home. Nothing would feel better right now than to lay my pounding head on a pillow and go to sleep.

..But it's still one of the best days of my life.

i didn't get back to school until 2 AM last night, not to sleep until 3. I somehow have to make it through my 9 am class then i can go back to sleep.

hooray college.

i took five aleve an hour ago and my head is still killing me.

When I arrived home around 1 AM last night I knew sleep would be hard to find. An American League championship certaintly overshadows any academic obligations. After 3 AM, I just said f*** it--and proceeded to stay up the entire night listening to the radio and browsing the internet.

If you've ever had 3 hours of sleep or less, and had work to perform the following day, you know it's actually worse than no sleep at all.

I didn't lay down until 3, probably didn't actually fall asleep until 4. I couldn't stop thinking for the life of me. I kept telling myself that I've already seen something that many, many people never got a chance to see, and some may never see.

I also had to get up to read two articles before lunch, then study for a Spanish test after lunch, go to classes, study for a quiz in my night class, and get back to study for another test I have tomorrow. Ha, and I'm just fine with it.

Yea, I didn't get my homework done (although I work and go to school) - ooops. Well, the prof says he accepts late homework. It's time to cash in on that deal.

s*** - I didn't get to hear Rooney's call. I want to hear that...

Anyone got a link or file?

After being hammered at the end of game 3 and happy faced for game 4, it was milk and cookies (literally) at the end of last nght's game.

My head is throbbing as well...Too many Miller Lites...

5 more days...this hangover is well worth it...

I still can't believe it...

Is this Dave Wills? :P

hopefully you didn't drive your new South Oaks Dodge Minivan home afterwards...

the key is to keep your head down, and dont say much. Then duck out early.

THE cure:

Five Advil and a gallon of coffee for breakfast.

Imodium AD at 10 am

Nasty, greasy ass junk food for lunch, like a double cheeseburger, a pile of fries and a giant coke.

Maalox at 3 pm

15 tall glasses of water throughout the day

A healthy dinner

Get to bed by 9 pm tonight.

I was drinking quite moderately watching the game, because I had a bottle of champaigne chilled for a victory celebration that I ras 95% sure would be opened last night.

Mrs. Flaxx had a headache so I stayed up until 2:30 and drank the whole bottle myself (luckily I splurged on the good French stuff), watching highlights and interviews and SoxTalking.

Woke up feeling great, but damn that champaign yeast is giving me the swamp gas! It's a good thing my office mate is off campus today. :P

I'm glad I'm not the only one who called in sick today...

:cheers
