Iguchi, Yes!

This is an honest question, because I really don't know. Has Pods gotten on base to lead off a game once this year?

Yes. Last week he had a leadoff triple, and I think he's been on on other occasions.

Oh Crede my Crede!

Quick inning there. Lets get the bats going now.

We can definitely string together a couple of hits in an inning against Silva. We just have to avoid hitting into double plays.

Lots of home run swings so far. Against Silva, that's not going to work.

Brian Anderson K's, I'm shocked!

Anderson takes a called third strike. Inning over.

Swing the f***ing bat.

Someone needs to tell Anderson you can't get a hit if you don't swing the bat.

seriously how long can we afford to be patient with this guy

Nice pitch by Silva. Crede had a pitch to hit on his pop up but got underneath it.

Patterson takes the third strike looking. Inning over.

Anderson flat out sucks.

Until his defense begins to suffer.

Patterson >>>>>>>> Anderson

Or until the rest of our offense cools down. I still predict that if Anderson looks clueless by the end of May, we'll see a change made.

agreed

Brian Anderson is starting to remind me of the year we had Darren Lewis in CF. But at least Lewis hit .200. They both produce the same reaction, shock when they get a hit.

Yeah, probably.

At that point they will have to. You can not have a guy in your starting line up in May hitting less that .200 unless it is a pitcher. That is just embarassing.
