June 14, 200619 yr I closed the thread...next pitch slider and the whiff. Sox win, Garland picks up his 5th win. He pitched a good game and Konerko's 3 run hr was the difference maker. The pen did its job as well. Cotts didn't give up a hit (and helped out Jon), nor did Brandon (2 innings of work) while Jenksy gave up a double and than got 3 quick outs.
