Dye wouldn't have passed him. His eyesight appears to be fine. I just don't think Dye tagged up either. So really Dye wouldn't have scored that inning.

Vazquez is so timid on the mound. He tries nibble the corners every hitter instead of going right at him.

Both Dye and Gload made mistakes on that play, and I think Gload's was caused by Dye barreling down on him.
