Leyland:How you feeling?

Zumaya: Good.

Perhaps?

LOL

I feel bad I'm only follwoing via gameday. I sorta miss the shoulder and head slump after a pop up.

Don't forget dropping the bat.

anybody catch Leyland's visit to the mound to talk to Zumaya? Said about three words and split.

what a lazy manager

Cannot waste this opp.

Wow...very nice! Against a sinker baller who doesn't strike out a lot of guys, that's an excellent call by Ozzie.

my new voodoo avatar is working

holy spiff, did we just get lucky? (I entered spiff automatically haha)

Nice Abs by Paulie and Jermaine.

They must do a lot of sit ups.

And I'll eat some crow there, good job hitting behind the 2B by JD. Keep stringing together the hits!

nice

I'm optimistic still (to a fault, admittedly). Some reasons I'm still optimistic include:

-Jason Tyner

-Jason Bartlett (granted, he was a solid prospect a couple years ago)

-Nick Punto

-Rondell White

-Carlos Silva

-Scott Baker

It completely befuddles me how this cast of characters is playing .800 ball. One could make the same list w/ Sox players as to why I should be pessimistic, but that's another story.

Yeah, I've said this about the Sox when we were hitting so well in the 1st half, and I think the same about the Twins. Tyner, Punto, Bartlett, etc. there's no way these guys stay above .300 for very long. Problem is, you don't necessarily need a great lineup with Liriano and Santana. Might hurt when the other guys are pitching, though. Minnesota will play well, but not at their current pace.

Show me why I voted for you 5000 times for the final all star spot.

Why didn't cora send PK?

2 hits back to back. And one to the right side, how is this possible.

wow back to back non-hr hits.

the twins are going to sweep the tigers this weekend

Time for AJP to get back on track. He's been awful recently.

I got money says Konerko winds up out at home on the contact play.

Regardless of what happens between them this weekend, we can really help ourselves out by kicking the spiff out of Baltimore.

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLKKKKKKKKK :P

Very humid today. We'll see which pitcher lasts through it longer.

Something like a 1-6-2-5-4 TP.

6 straight foul balls to start an at bat.

At least they're working the pitch count up
