If we go down with a whimper for the rest of the season, which it looks like, and not make the playoffs, I'd like to see some serious changes made. More scrappy, 100% type guys.

My biggest problem with Pods is that it looks like he is afraid everytime the ball is hit to him so he just runs real slow so he doesn't have to make a nice catch, instead it will just drop. Pabs on the other hand, may be an adventure, but he's always going 100% at the ball.
