I am not watching the game, but hopefully it is just a cramp. When they have any news on it..please update.

I love the fact that we can avoid the Thome strikout vs. Lefties.

If Perez is infact ok, that was a huge AB in terms of helping him make this club.

 

Santana, Lee, Rogers, Maroth, Sowers, CC, whatever lefty crap the Royals throw out. These are the reasons that Perez needs to make the team.

Garland getting charged earned runs so far so he might be the loser in this battle.

Let's hope Perez didn't re-injure his achilles. Like I've been saying all along, I fully anticipate he'd be our most dangerous hitter vs LHP. Why can't Pods just be on the 162 game DL, and solve all these problems?

DJ says Masset threw well in the "B" game and made it sound like he may still have an outside shot at the 5th starter spot.

If anyone within the Sox organization believes that, they need to do a better job finding Masset innings against major league players.

Great nickname. Like you said in the other thread, that article today really makes it look like he has no chance to make the big league club. Assuming Pods is on the roster, we already know that Ozzie said Erstad will get starting time as well. Considering we have Dye in RF, that would make one believe that Erstad would be in CF. Thus, Anderson isn't the full-time starter.....and Ozzie said the only way Anderson will be on the MLB roster is if he's full-time.

If Greg really wants to fix Uribe, he needs to pick up the phone and give Walt a jingle. Get him on the plane to Arizona and work with Uribe for the next few weeks. And then when its fixed again, dont decide to change it.
