White Sox vs. A's, 4/11/07 (W)

How did Anderson mess up that play? I'm convinced we would have lost easily in game 3 of this year if Buehrle had stayed in the game. Oh well....this is why you have to capitalize on games in which you lead in the 9th.

Its ok, with our offensive history in Oakland coupled with our lineup today, I can see us getting somewhere in the avenue of 14-17 runs

Well, this is pretty familiar.

GL getting that big contract after this year MB.

Great, just great. Game over if Mark cant get the corners called. Kennedy will get thsoe strikes you can bet on it

This is ridiculous. MB is not pitching bad, the A's are hitting it from the shoulders to the shoes.

It's what happens when you don't have overwhelming stuff.

htey have confidence, its what happens when you win a game, when an opposing fielder gets hit in the f***in head for a loss.

i think we need a telescope to see this strike zone.

Damn I don't need Hawk to be a homer, all I have to do is listen to the strike zone discriptions here@!

Hitters tend to be more confident when no close pitch is going to be called a strike.

Walk. There was another one that could've been called a strike.

Thru one week, we can all be thankful we didn't hand out any big extensions besides Vazquez (even though it's way too early to tell anything).

I just got in...what did Anderson do?

That ball Piazza hit was crushed, but he was forced to throw one over the plate as he had two very questionable ball calls and that was that...

Get Masset up.

Buehrle is getting hit pretty well, but my god this ump sucks some serious ass as well.

Yeah, Greg Maddux has spent the last 20 years being shelled.

If Buehrle isn't getting calls, what is Massett going to do that is different? That really contradicts itself.

I just got in...what did Anderson do?

He was playing volleyball at the warning track

MB is nowhere near being like Maddux.

His usual strikeout on an anything below 85 MPH and a bobble in CF, although the ball was over his head already...

Double play...thank God

Farmer just said something about "If Jenks had thrown the fastball that game would have been over." Jenks doesn't have a "fast"ball anymore.
