Where's our Ryan Garko?

 

Seriously, do we have any player who has went opposite field this entire season more than Garko has this series?

 

Mr. Crede has about 15 pop ups to the right side of the field this year.

Just let him pitch... Its not like we even have a chance at this game, especially from what we saw by some of our "top hitters" last inning.

Another nice game for Danks. He's impressed me.

 

I'd like to see him become more pitch efficient, but for now I'm content with his performances.

Danks did his job again, maybe we should let him hit for himself as well.

We develop the Rob Deer approach to hitting in our prospects.

KW was worried about getting old, I think you might be seeing that "slow/old" thing hitting simultaneously with Erstad, Thome, Konerko, Dye, AJ and Iguchi.

 

Great point about the offense getting old. The thing is, over the next 3-5 years, we're going to have to spend a lot of money to have a solid offense. Not exactly a lot of offensive difference makers in our system.

Danks has earned his money that's for sure. Two solid games to begin his career. Let's hope Nick can hold em down so that we can only lose 2-0.

Erstad looks like Aaron Rowand down the stretch in 05, except from the left side.

I'll bet we did. Yankees wouldn't do that, though, and I'm not sure Alex Rodriguez would want to come here.

Jermaine Dye is insanely slow in RF.

Great play by Dye, but he seems sooooo much slower in the OF this year to me.
