Ha, I guarantee Jason looked at the title of the post game thread and thought the series was over.

By the way, this is the perfect time to trade Dye to the Mets for Milledge and solid pitching prospect. They're struggling right now, and Alou/Green/Chavez are injured.

Fields hitting third tonight?

I am assuming Fields gets a lot of playing time, but third? I don't think so. Maybe third up from the bottom.

Owens, CF

Iguchi, 2B

Thome, DH

Konerko, 1B

AJP, C

Fields, 3B

Mack, LF

Cintron, SS

Terrero, RF

Count Pitching

Well at least the Finals start tonight just in case it gets ugly.

Beautiful day in Chicago today. Low 90's high, sunny skies right now.

I wonder which way the wind is blowing. Its windy as hell here in the burbs.

Passion? Pride? Tradition?

what a bunch of hooey....

Looks like a play Crede botched a week ago.

Crede Defense but better 0_o

i've said it before and ill say it again, fields is underated at the hot corner with his glove.

What a play by Josh, the reports about his defense getting better appear to have been accurate.

That was a beautiful play....good job Josh!

:o :o

The stadium giveaway tonight should be a refund.....

Why? Our regulars can't hit either, try something different.

As for the wind question, it pushed both flyballs to the outfield in and towards the LF foul line that inning. But it's The Cell and a front is coming through later (I hope this game occurs uninterrupted), so you know it will swirl.

I'm worried about Jose's fastball. When the season started it was 89-92, and now its 86-89 mostly 87. He's going to get shellacked pretty often with stuff like that.

How about we put Owens in the 9 spot instead of leading off? He hasn't drawn a single walk yet.

Another pathetic inning for our hitters.

Look at the cannon on Alex.

Cintron is the worst position player on an MLB roster right now, and it's not close.

What more does Cintron have to do to prove he should be on the DL?

I despise you Cintron.

Get caught send funds to terrorists or stop being an obedient Latino player.

Contreras is lighting up the radar gun so far.....looks like he's throwing a softball.
