So, I finished my last 2 assignments and already got my final grades back (A). I'm basically done with undergrad finally. It hasn't really set in yet.

Yes, there is demand, but not as much as there is for a masters in Finance (at least, from what I see, being in the sector). Economics has a lower % in private work, higher in public work, relatively. Other way around for Finance. Pluses and minuses to each of those.

 

Of course, right now, neither one is in extremely HIGH demand. But finance and accounting are still pretty strong, because even with the financial industry reeling, companies still need more and more of those folks to keep up with all the new rules and risks.

 

Attics are still damn hot in November (in Texas).

Well I doubt he was picking leaves. The fruit always falls to the ground, but usually they get bruised in the process.

I am patiently waiting for the Black Friday madness to come about. I finally have some money to put into a TV, computer, or something else we would like, now I just need to fast forward 2 1/2 weeks.

BF is really overhyped nowadays, I would just check slickdeals.net for deals that are great and are out there every day. They also have a BF forum if you really want to check that out.

My friend owes me about 200 bucks and hasn't paid me back yet, so her way of dealing with this is to not respond to any of my texts or IMs (that have nothing to do with the money she owes). God I f***ing hate when people do that.

I'm not looking forward to black Friday. Last year was horrendous. I worked a double at my job (9pm Thursday-6am Friday and then 1pm Friday-10pm Friday) Don't know if I want to do that again this year. I seriously have come to doubt the sanity of some of the people that come to shop at 2,3,4 in the morning in general, but especially the ones while who dragged their kids with them. Plus last year, I caught the flu or something that day and couldn't work Saturday and Sunday, so it wasn't like I go more hours than normal.

I didnt have a problem with you owing me money, I wasnt asking for it back right away.
