You know what I do that other people hate?

Featured Replies

For all the things we said in the rant thread that we hated, someone is the target of that ire. And I am sure everyone does at least one thing that qualifies. So what do you do, that seems to annoy people?

I'll open with one...

When driving, and someone wants to get in front of me (i.e. pulling out of a parking lot), I only let them in if they are using their turn signal. If they can't be bothered to tell me where they are going, then I can't be bothered to let them in.

I ignore phone calls and voicemails left by friends but if they ever ignore mine I act like their is hell to pay for it.

I never leave voicemail, ever for friends and family. I figure they have caller ID and will call me back. Sad thing is that works pretty damn well.

I hardly ever answer my house phone. I used to, but my wife took over my phone and lost 2 of the 3 so it's not worth the effort. If you really want to talk to me either call the cell or send me e-mail.

I snore really badly when drunk apparently.

Me too.

Well not at the moment. Because I live with an Indian Girl, and instead of calling her on her mobile for $1 a day (unlimited calls), they're so cheap that they have to call on our house phone 10 times a day.

So I just let the machine get it.

Or I tell em to F*CK off when she's not around and I have to answer it.

Going along with the phone theme:

I don't save any numbers on my cell phone.

So if you don't ever really call me, I won't recognize the number. If I don't recognize the number, I won't answer. I might call back if you leave a message and I know who you are and wanna talk to you.

Do you carry a phone book with you when you actually want to call someone?

I pay by check at the grocery store.

I put ketchup on hot dogs (often only ketchup).

I put ice in my beer if it's not cold enough for me.

I root for the Packers and Red Wings.

I have my cell phone off 90% of the time.

I do have the numbers written down, but don't usually carry them with me (only numbers that I need for work I'll have with me at work). I cheat a little in that I'll look through my phone history or text messages if I need to call someone. But I'm not a big talker anyways. And I know my parents' and brother's and a couple of other family member's numbers.

I get emotional when I drink Vodka/Redbulls.

It's not really something I do, but does being a member of a fraternity count?... A lot of people on this board seem to hate fraternities. I will say, most assuredly, I am not the type you're thinking of and I hate those "frat" guys too.

I talk really loud, especially when I get excited. I can't help it, I just have a lot of bass in my voice and it carries.

Do you really want to know?

i act like myself

I whistle while I work, and my occupation isn't being a little person for a Disney animated picture

I breathe very loud. I can't help it. Drives my friends/ex's crazy esp. in movie theaters.

I also take long showers. No wonder my family wanted me out of the house.

So do I :)

I eat way too fast. No when eats quicker than me, of the people I know at least.

Me in a nutshell.

We should get together for a meal. See who is faster. I am the same way, then I get completely restless with people that are still eating once I am done. My mom takes at least 20 minutes longer than me to eat a meal.

I'm almost always late. I can never seem to get a routine going to change this. I can't even count the amount of times I was late for the train downtown and had to drive. For work, where timeliness actually matters, I seriously have to get in the mindset of leaving an hour before I actually do.

I'm a naturally messy person. Atleast when it comes to my room and car. I don't do it intentionally, which I try to explain to my parents who continually yell at me about it. Even if I completely clean out my room and car, it'll gradually revert back to its old self.

Never fill up my gas tank until it gets to "E," and even then I know I have an additional day of driving.

Talking to my exgirlfriend. My friends absolutely hate it.
