How can anyone complain about signing a 2005 Champion to a MINOR league deal. You do that for ANY of those guys not to mention one that might have a little bit left in the tank and be of some value. This is a good move just for Charlotte's attendance.

High horse or reality? Anything this org does is second guessed on this negative site everyday. If the Tigers went out and signed Freddy to a minor league deal, there would be conniptions on this site.
