Is Ozzie going to be able to PH for Getz now that he used Nix already? I guess Milwaukee doesn't know how to handle the pen either.

Can KW come down and send Wise down like Melvin did with Parra? Oh, and I guess it's good we're saving Dye and Thome.

 

Dye is injured....doubt if he'll play today. Thome should get a hack though with a tie game....gotta have him hit for somebody.

Angels lost Shields for the year. Linebrink or Dotel would look good there.

 

Who could we get for Dotel? Would we want Howie Kendrick? I know they just sent him back to the minors.

Great job again Wise, it's always good when batters who can't hit can't do any of the little things like bunting and moving hitters along. How did a player who spent a bit of time in the NL without being a power hitter ever make it to the majors without being able to bunt at all?

 

Umpires this year against our team have been, to put it bluntly, questionable and something needs to be done about these guys who aren't good at their jobs.

Hawk and Stoney are stating it perfectly. You don't argue a call to fix that particular call, but to possibly give you an advantage for the next close call. It's awesome how frustrated they are with the lack of arguing by our players and coaches.

No he shouldn't, Getz is a rookie and still learning at the big league level. Dweezy is an AAAA player at his very best who is getting AB's from a manager with a serious case of man-love towards him.
