Also, wouldn't changing all the systems that accept dollar bills to accept completely different bills of different sizes be a pretty lengthy and costly task? Might just be easier to carry a role of quarters with you. They should be able to use money just as easily as you or I. I don't disagree, but the sad truth is that their blind. I remember when the notches were on the D and K. My have times changed, haha. As much as I don't like the idea of having different sized bills, it would definately help blind people out and I'm all for that. Putting braille on bills would probably wear off over time and they'd be back in the same situation as they are now. He has his money folded differently for each denomination. Of course someone has to help him at home with that. He also uses the ATM, knowing it dispenses $20s.
