It's to the point in a game like this that if the players aren't arguing about the umpiring, then we might as well save our breath. It doesn't even have to be Ozzie, but it's pathetic how little fire comes from the dugout to stick up for our players.

Watching a bunch of games in the Sports Book this past week really shows you that umpiring has been pathetic all over the league this season. It is almost like they got together and decided to all suck at the beginning of the year.

Is there a WORSE manager in baseball in terms of decision making with his pitchers than Ozzie? I mean, seriously. Think about the Cubs game where he left Liney in after giving up the 3 run homer to Lee. It's absolutely disgusting, everyone in the world walks Mauer there, no brainer decision.

although i would agree that ozzie should have called the ibb, but shouldnt there be blame put on aj for calling a fastball right down the middle on a 2-0 count??(maybe it was discussed but dont feel like looking)
