No manager pulls their full time closer in that situation. None.

I think we can all agree he should be pulled now? This is a ton of pitches for him to throw in consecutive days.

Not moving his feet side-to-side, again. Dude gets less out of his supposed range than I even thought was possible. He makes Cabrera look like Mark Belanger out there.

Plus and I thought he was completely out of position.

We need to end this inning.

You're ridiculous. You are probably Dotel's biggest critic. He always chokes. He's not a closer. GMAB, you're never f***ing wrong are you? I'm tired of your bulls***. Now is not the f***ing time.

Um, Dotel is the person who I would beg for Ozzie to use as a closer instead of Linebrink last year. He's the only one with closing experience besides him. I understand you're pissed about what's happened tonight, we all are.

We're due for a walkoff WIN.

Inning is FINALLY over. :(

The scouting report on Jenks is out now that he has an average fastball. Swing at his first pitch fastball because you know that's all he throws first.

Lucky to only be down 1. This ain't over.

You kiss your mother with that mouth?

Ok, 1 run game. I like the bottom of our order.

Since I rarely understand where he's lined up, I won't even comment any more about whether he's in or out of position. I think most of this positioning is done to cover up his inability to move to his right, but who knows . . .

Time for some magic CQ

This game is still being played here, folks. Thinking (hoping) positively, at least Bobby is in position to get a win! Interpret that in green if you wish.

Maybe we'll even get to see noted PED user Grant Balfour.

Beckham isn't

Hard to believe Howell is the same guy that sucked as a starter in KC.

We can't let these game slip out of hands and expect to be a contender.

Oh come on. Every team has a bunch of these types of games every year.

Sox have hit the s*** out of Howell, so thats a positive.

Have we when he's been a reliever? Bad memories of Crede/Swisher not swinging against him last year for strike outs.

Last year, Quentin would destroy anyone in this setup.
