93 pitches

That's nothing. Washburn throws in the high 80s.

So guys, how does Buehrle look today? Is his velocity OK?

His breaking stuff is crap.

so does Farmer just not believe in jinxes?

They've actually discussed this before, they always try to be coy about it, but when a person tunes in who hasn't been listening, they have to let them know what the stat line says. If you're in your car listening to the radio there's no stat line at the bottom every inning.

His fastball is straight as an arrow and I can't tell if this gun is right or not but he is only topping out at 91.

Farmer just said the forbidden phrase on the radio.

Jay Marioti will then b**** and moan.

83 pitches for Mark.

Explain to those of us not watching.

He's Mark Buehrle.

Oops i crapped my pants...

Granderson tripled in a run with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th, runner on 3rd with two outs, M's still up 2-1, clinging to that lead.

Washburn pulled for Lowe with under 95 pitches and a shutout going.

I like what I've seen from the Buehrle kid, I hope he sticks in the majors.

does the mlb.com live look-in only work when the Rays are up? I cant get it to work right now...

Is that a cue ball?

That was a base hit until that ankle got in the way.

There's a FREE LIVE LOOK-IN at MLB.com webpage now.

Are they only showing when Mark pitches? All I get is a background talking about Buerhle's game.

That is correct, which is why some of us have Farmer/DJ on anyway.

This series has taken about 5 years off my life. Close games and now this.

Mariners 2, Tigers 1 heading to the 9th

It seems like it will come back on live when Buehrle is back on the mound in the top of the 8th.

M's will have the lead going into the bottom of the 9th...2-1 Mariners, still have a chance to add some insurance runs in the top of the 9th.

Yes, they'll pick it up when the Rays come to bat.

Great at bat by PODS, just bad luck. Could of had a man on looking to steal with no outs.

They're not showing the Sox ABs.

Mariners still lead. Going to the 9th.

Let's hope Aardsma has lock-down type stuff today.
