February 24, 201016 yr QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Feb 23, 2010 -> 10:17 PM) Tongue rings are somewhat confusing. They're only for the thing you're thinking of if they are located more toward the back of the tongue. I know from experience and being greatly let down by it. She just didnt know what she was doing then.
February 24, 201016 yr Sex in the Olympic village? My question is: Do the biathlon athletes go both ways?
February 24, 201016 yr QUOTE (knightni @ Feb 24, 2010 -> 04:59 PM) Sex in the Olympic village? My question is: Do the biathlon athletes go both ways? he shoots, he SCORES!
February 24, 201016 yr Author QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Feb 24, 2010 -> 04:28 PM) Survive and advance is all that matters at this point. Who do people want to play in the semis, Finland or Czech Republic? I think Czech scares me more... but it's close.
February 24, 201016 yr QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Feb 24, 2010 -> 04:28 PM) Survive and advance is all that matters at this point. Who do people want to play in the semis, Finland or Czech Republic? I think the Czech lineup looks more dangerous. Mikka might have a slight edge over Vokoun but thats close to a toss-up. Have to say Go Finland! Edited February 24, 201016 yr by LittleHurt05
February 25, 201016 yr Canada up 1-0 VERY early. They are playing with the fierceness. Wow, Canada up 3-0. Keith and Toews playing REALLY well. Canada is playing like its a gold medal game. And it's a shame it isn't.
February 25, 201016 yr 4-1 after one. It ought to be interesting here as the last time Pitt and Wash played, The Pens got out big early, and Alex Ovy led them back. I wonder if he can pull the same thing off here? Canada is really showing why they are the best team out here.
February 25, 201016 yr Some of the passing by Canada is just insane. Not to mention that Nabokov was complete garbage while he was in the game.
February 25, 201016 yr Wow that "sending skiiers down the slope rapidly because of the conditions" really screwed over Mancuso.
February 25, 201016 yr QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Feb 24, 2010 -> 08:06 PM) Wow that "sending skiiers down the slope rapidly because of the conditions" really screwed over Mancuso. I am not a ski expert but maybe Vonn needs to get skis that will allow her to finish.
February 25, 201016 yr QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ Feb 24, 2010 -> 08:11 PM) I am not a ski expert but maybe Vonn needs to get skis that will allow her to finish. It worked in downhill, not so much in giant.
February 25, 201016 yr Anyone else see the cut the Chinese girl had on her face after the short track speed skating win? Ouch.
February 25, 201016 yr Author QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ Feb 24, 2010 -> 08:11 PM) I am not a ski expert but maybe Vonn needs to get skis that will allow her to finish. Maybe that's why they call them "Men's Skis".
February 25, 201016 yr Wow... Tomas Kopecky just knocked out Sweden with the winning goal. Yes.. thats right.. Kopecky.. The defending "gold" champs go home on the upset. I thought Sweden would have advanced no problem. Good to see a couple of Hawks in the finals though. USA-Finland Canada-Slovakia (Hossa/Kopecky vs Toews/Keith/Seabrook)
February 25, 201016 yr Sweden was the much better team too. It's a shame. Sweden out shot them 29-14. 4 goals from 14 shots? Wow.
February 25, 201016 yr All ofthe bruhaha about the US Canada game from Sunday is now meaningless as they will most likely meet again this Sunday. I hope Ryan Miller is ready to go and the US figures out how to get the power play going. Not sure if it is good or bad that all of Hawks are still in this thing.

I hope Ryan Miller is ready to go and the US figures out how to get the power play going. Not sure if it is good or bad that all of Hawks are still in this thing. Considering they are guaranteed to play Saturday or Sunday, and then have a back-to-back on Tuesday (in Long Island) & Wednesday, I'd say it can't be a good thing. But hey, I've really enjoyed having NHL players in the Olympics, so what are you gonna do?
February 25, 201016 yr QUOTE (danman31 @ Feb 25, 2010 -> 02:44 AM) Sweden was the much better team too. It's a shame. Sweden out shot them 29-14. 4 goals from 14 shots? Wow. There was a stretch where Slovakia scored 4 times out of 5 shots and the only miss in those 5 shots led to a rebound where Slovakia scored so they basically scored on a 4 consecutive chances.

As long as they don't get hurt...it's a good thing. And watch out for Finland...I'm just saying.
