4/17 GT: Sox @ Indians, Peavy v. Westbrook

The reason for optimism would be that the Sox have a great pitching staff, and there is just no way the offense will remain this bad. Even if they are the worst scoring team in baseball, they would be better than what we are seeing.

The team is just unwatchable right now. I'm really trying but I get ill whenever our offense is up.

nevermind I'll take a double.

it's been a good 10 minutes for Alexei.

Nice to see the bottom of the order contribute!

And thats what we call statistical corrections.

Eventually hitters are going get hits and if our pitchers can keep them in it, they will have a chance every game.

1 run hey hey

'bout f***ing time.

I just heard an extremely audible "s***!" on the Fox broadcast of the Cardinals game. Ha.

And yes, we scored! Finally!

for once I'm happy to see a swinging bunt from Pierre.

yayyyyyyy we scored !!!!!!!

Beckham needs to be smart here, they arent going to give him anything great because a walk sets up a double play.

"Infield in adds 100 points to the hiller's average", very interesting.

how can one guy (pierre) ground out so much to the infield omfg

They walked him. intentional, unintentional walk.

If Ozzie is smart, he'd run with Beckham here to avoid the DP.

Completely agree, if not, a DP is like a 50% possibility

Come on Q

yeah not what we needed, double play

Nice AB, Quentin. For petes sake

anyone else tired of these DP's

Disgusting

Screw that, Quentin has to be smarter than that. STOP SWINGING AT THE FIRST PITCH! Our hitters continue to play right into the opposition's game plan. That's something Walker deserves criticism for.

Carlos is a spaz.

I think a hit and run would have been a good call there, but oh well game is tied.
