I feel like this has probably been posted somewhere, but I haven't seen it. If it has, my bad.     http://www.nba.com/cavaliers/news/gilbert_letter_100708.html   Not sure how everyone else

Deng might actually become attractive.

The Clippers might be a good fit soon enough. Hopefully some dumb team overpays Jefferson and Pierce gets a big raise in BOS.

Yeah, I think Gay is a little bit better than Deng, but that's definitely an even worse contract.

"How much money would we have to pay you to make Luol Deng's contract look good?"

Holy s*** thats a bad contract.

Amar'e to Miami if Bosh comes here, Amar'e to New York if Bosh goes to Miami. At least IMO.

I am not real sure how the cap in basketball works but could Toronto say we will take Deng but you need to give us Noah. Thus the Bulls then can sign Lee/Boozer and Bosh

My goodness... horrible deals being given out today. Gay, Milicic, Gooden, Salmons and when Joe Johnson accepts his, add him to the list.

Gee, one can only imagine what that link is...

I just wanted to nab one unsuspecting victim. The LeBron thing has reached ridiculous proportions.

Always hover over links and never click a web-shortener one unless its from twitter.

Sorry Badge...it's such a last year thing to do. I don't even know what came over me.

At work dont really look at the links before clicking them

And its not about Rickrolling, which is haha I got sent to you tube.

Whatever site that link sent to took over my web browser and I had to manually shut down fire fox, losing all information.

Yeah...little admin note here...

If you're going to post something like that, then post a link to one that doesn't seize control of a person's browser or do anything that would potentially get someone in trouble if they were to click on it at work.

We'd rather not have to make that an official rule requiring discipline. Friendly warning for the future, ok?

Well, the tone kinda bounced around there didn't it?

LeBron Watch: Bulls step up recruiting efforts by unveiling statue of James dunking over Jordan statue

Thursday, July 1, 2010 - Paxson: 'We think he'll love walking by the statue of him dunking over Jordan however'

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As the NBA free agency season begins and speculation about LeBron James' destination has reached a fevered pitch. Many believe the Bulls' chances are limited by Michael Jordan's legacy, but the team made a major statement by erecting a statue of James dunking over the famous Jordan statue outside the United Center.

"Everyone who thinks he's not coming here says LeBron won't want to walk past the Jordan statue every day," said Bulls VP of Basketball Operations John Paxson. "We think he'll love walking by the statue of him dunking over Jordan however."

After hearing about the alteration to the statue that bears his likeness, Jordan expressed mixed emotions.

"Everyone knows no one ever dunked over me, so the statue's now completely bogus," said Jordan. "But I heard the LeBron statue is wearing Nikes, so I got paid royalties and that makes it all right by me."

James said he had not yet seen the statue but was excited to check it out.

"Wow, my very own statue?" said James. "This is the only thing I've never gotten in my career. Well, that and a championship ring."

I just got fired.

Apparently I missed the link/chaos here. Hopefully everyone wasn't in too much trouble for their jobs today.

Glad I missed that message, I guess. I wonder what it was.

In other news, the Soxtalk Whipping Boy thread gets a new name at least!

Someone PM the link I want to see what happens haha

Well, I was right people, or apparently. Sounds like Bosh won't meet with the Bulls until tomorrow. We have to hope Miami doesn't ink him by than.
