KW always gets the players he wants eventually. Being a fan of KW for a decade, I will make my best estimation of what will go down. The biggest names KW has wanted include Griffey, Clemens, ARod,Ichiro, and Manny. Arod is still with a contender. Griffey has been accomplished.

Tonight, I predict the Sox will acquire Ichiro and bring Clemens out of retirement.

I haven't liked a rookie pitcher as much as I like Hudson since Brandon McCarthy. I have no idea what that means.

Man this is killing me. It seems pretty obvious that Hudson has been dealt, but to where and for whom? I hope it's not the Hudson and prospect for Jackson. That would be giving away too much.

 

Cowley or someone else suggests that 2 deals will be made. 1 is Hudson for Jackson, and the other is probably Jackson and others for someone big. Someone on MLBtraderumors suggests Fister and Kotchman or Myers and Berkman.

Fister and Kotchman would be laughable.

Neither would be mega deals. We shouldn't have to give up a massive haul for Myers/Berkman. And who gives a crap about Kochman.

And everything, and I mean everything, I've heard/read suggests the exact opposite. The best example is him being in the first Peavy deal last year and then KW pulling his name out of the one that actuallyhappened

Bernstein said this, so I did not hear it directly from Cooper, but he said Cooper had mentioned Hudson has a high maintenance mechanics, not meaning injury, but a lot of moving parts, maybe after seeing him more Cooper believes this even more and told KW

The good news is: I have two seasons of Dexter to keep me tied over til something big breaks.

yea,thatd suck. just said on espn that jackson for dunn isnt going to happen. nats dont want him at 8+ mil and doesnt look like dunn to sox,wonder who were going to get

I rather keep Jackson and trade for berkman straight up, then make a Meyers/Berkman. Meyers is a douche. This is great drama thank you Kenny!

if you put Berkman in against all RH starters and Jones against all LH starters it makes the White Sox order a lot better night in and night out, and Myers, for this year, is a far better option than Hudson.

That trade makes the Sox a lot better, but we don't need Jackson to get that done.
