As someone said earlier, just a terrible stretch of games. We have to go undefeated on this upcoming homestand, or this season is likely over.

Thank god football season is starting because this baseball season is a lost cause, there is no way we are coming back from a 6 game deficit. I hope I'm wrong.

I'm going to go on a limb here and say that wont happen. Don't get me wrong, I'm going to cheer them on until the ship sinks, but its time we start thinking about 2011.

The series against the Twins is a must sweep now. Unless the Sox pull a Colorado over these next 19 games, this division race is pretty much over. If I'm the Twins, I smell blood, and beat the Sox at least 2/3 times to wrap the division up (depending on what they do against Cleveland).

The twins will win the first two games at the cell, easily if Floyd and Danks go as the pee themselves when it counts, and if Garci-Harrell-orres pitches it'll be an easy sweep. Season ended before this roadtrip started

Manny's been here for like 27 seconds and he's already been a waste of 4 million. Not singling him out or anything. But our season is just about over and he hasn't even had a chance to make a legitimate impact.

Oh trust me, I'm not worried. I am probably his biggest fan on this site, I just want to know what the people who SAW him today thought. I figure he would be extremely nervous, and it's still to be noted that he has a torn labrum, so that could easily be a deterrent at some point.

Minnesota still has 12 road games left. We have 6. They're not gonna run the table on the road. They're a .500 road team. They finish at home against Toronto we finish against Cleveland. If we don't start playing better starting tomorrow tho it won't matter anyways.

Yeah...I am going to have to say if Teahen were to actually get to this ball, the throw would be closer Carlos Quentin in RF than 2B.
