Well the good news is that the tough part of our bullpen is still available.

Looks like Santos will be entering the game now.

Not sure why Crain isn't available. Well, let's just cross our fingers Sergio has his control and his offspeed stuff like the Cubs' series.

The managerial book that doesn't exist says managers should pitch their closers in a tied game at home when it's the 9th inning or later.

I'm telling you the White Sox are passed due for a walk off...

BTW, where did you get that picture as your avatar?

Ok Sergio no fooling around today!

Man Zimmerman could not possibly stand farther from the plate

According to Hawk there's already been a walk off at US Cellular this year. Well dammit let's have another.

For the record, I was their in Washington last year, the White Sox have traditionally (lol 1 game) won the first game of the series against the Nats in 10 innings!

Alexei hit one against Oakland.

That was the start of an almost-all-nighter I pulled to work on a lab.

HOLY f***ING s***, DID THE WHITE SOX JUST COME BACK AND TIE A GAME IN THE BOTTOM OF THE 9TH?

I took it myself... She's laying right next to me. :lolhitting

No seriously though it's just some random internet chick.

Ah s***.

Well that was deflating.

Funny, I was just thinking this could happen.

Something about closer's and not being in actual "close" situations . . .

wow wtf

Why, why, why?

Sergio not confident at all in his fastball tonight.

Hanging change-up .... up in the zone. You have to get beat with your FB or slider, not your 3rd pitch.

Ozzie, you better be ready to pull him after one more batter.

I hate this team.

Oh well, at least the fans who paid for tix and parking and food got something to cheer in the 9th instead of us getting shut out ... again.

No, because she is laying next to me and I wondered how you got her picture. :lolhitting

It's a nice pic.

Yep, Nix has slider speed bat. With 2 strikes, you have to make him chase it.

i can't believe he threw a changeup after the batter a foul tip on the slider, wtf is AJ doing, how poor of a pitch selection? Bulls***

damnit. didn't take long to lose that feeling.

so he'll give up 1 more run, we'll score 1, and lose by 1.
