As long as Jimenez isn't on the Tigers, that's the one thing that would be almost impossible to overcome...and could also cause KW to trade away Viciedo.

Ubaldo Jimenez - S - Rockies

The Rockies and Indians are in serious discussions about a trade involving Colorado starter Ubaldo Jimenez.

What package Colorado would receive from Cleveland in return for Jimenez depends on the source you listen to. The Denver Post reports that a deal would center around Drew Pomeranz, Alex White and Jason Kipnis. FOX Sports is reporting that Pomeranz and White are the two primary names being discussed right now. Jon Heyman of SI.com reports that the Rockies asked for Pomeranz, Kipnis and Lonnie Chisenhall in return for Jimenez. White and Pomeranz have both been scratched from minor league appearances today, adding fuel to the fire, though Kipinis is still playing in Saturday's game. Stay tuned.
