Unlike PK, Jeter and every other aging ball player that work to stay competitive and more importantly, actually have an off-season training program, Dunn will continue to sit around on his fat a$$ drinking beer

 

I agree. He was obviously a disaster waiting to happen. And I hate to defend him ........ I actually find myself hoping he strikes out ..... something I have never wished on a White Sox hitter, but I can sort of understand how he got caught with his pants down, seeing as he is only 31. And he seems to me to be the kind of person that has enough integrity and professionalism, that he will try hard to correct a very embarrasing situation.

It's a shame we can't make the playoffs.

Sox fans can dream about dominating performances like that by Danks and our staff.

Too bad our everyday players are not so good.

I'm basically setting the expectations upon our GM to deliver a franchise changing deal involving atleast two blue chip prospects (does not include a RP or 4thOF) from any trade involving Danks. It's necessary for our improvement. And they damn well better produce.

If his agent and MLB will let us DH him, by all means do so.

Otherwise just bench him the rest of the year and pay him his money. It can't be that embarrassing for him. If anybody mocks him, he can just show them his bank statement.
