Just me and my sister this year. My parents aren't coming home from Arizona until next week. Figured I would work until 1 to get some time and a half.

Travelling to San Antonio for the weekend. Probably catch a football game Friday at the Alamodome. One of our high schools made the regional finals.

Staying in Chicago this year. Probably aunt's house on my mother's side of the family. (grandmothers on fathers side on friday) As far as menu, damn near all of the above.

The most important thing that happens tomorrow is that the Packers beat the Lions.

Than I will be thankful and drunk.

One of the rare times ever Bear and Packer fans agree with one another.

They always agree the other team sucks

Due to unavoidable scheduling between my wife's family in Indy and my family in South Bend, we will be driving from the former to the latter on the day after Thanksgiving.

Over/under on the number of people I kill/maim while fighting Kokomo traffic that day is 1.5

Going to my wife's aunt's house first and then my parents house later. Luckily they're about 2 miles apart and at different times, so I get two Thanksgiving dinners with minimal hassle.

Thanksgiving is usually my least favorite holiday BUT this year because there's a lot of good football, I'm actually excited for Thursday.

And I got a lot of driving to do tomorrow, from Palatine to Skokie, Skokie to Crystal Lake, Crystal Lake back to Skokie, quite annoying.

That stretch on 31 is some of the worst traffic in the entire state. It doesn't help that it is made up of a bunch of Hoosiers.

November 2013 is the expected opening date for the new 31 bypass of Kokomo with ZERO STOP LIGHTS! I have a calendar where I am counting down the days.

That'll be nice... For a while at least.

At my family's house. Bringing the mother-in-law, too.

We will be at the mother in laws house this year. My side of the family is excited to be going over there because my wife's family cooks waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than my family.

You're crazy. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and it's not even close. My whole family on my mom's side (and quite a few from my dad's side), which is a ton of people, always goes to my parents' house. That's only a few blocks from my place, and then I'll probably stop in at my girlfriend's family's house later in the day. Luckily, that is only a block from my parents.

Year 7 of going to my family first, her family second, and trying to eat two full meals. It's a struggle.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. Whether we argue constantly or agree on every subject, daily posters or lurkers, we're all thankful for this site. You all have a great day.
