The Sox will use at least 4 pitchers in this game.

Another Sox manager overusing a bullpen - the more things change......

WTF? are people just becoming stupid? how would you have done it, sir?

Ohman faced one hitter. Reed, more than likely, will only face 2. I'd hardly say that's over using the pen.

Just curious, but how would you have done it different?

Fuku has had some success against Adams. Should have used him as PH for De Aza or LB.

Where is Fukudome?

Lillibridge hasn't looked good tonight at the plate.

I think a major league pitcher can handle throwing a dozen pitches a day.

+1

Just swing for the fence Adam. I'm not sure we're scoring otherwise.

Well here comes our run producer!

I enjoy this version of Adam Dunn so much.

That ends a string of 15/16 retired.

Dunn now with 3 walks, a single and homer. Great start.

know what's weird? we're facing good pitchers. not super shocking that we're getting put down.

Come on Paulie

Adam Dunn looks like a totally different player.

I can't recall any hits last year like the one he just had

I like.

If Paulie gets on, I endorse PH Fukudome for Rios.

If PK gets on, I endorse even Robin Ventura for Rios.

Fukudome wouldn't have faced Adams if he was replacing Lillibridge, the Rangers would have brought in that lefty kid. And then Dunn would have to face the Lefty as well.

Bad swing by PK.

Way too much taking strikes and swinging at balls tonight.

Haha Paulie. I hope Paulie doesn't do that too much this year because he has nobody behind him.
