And that's why he doesn't face righties!

And now Robin gets the lesson about why you don't leave Ohman in to face righties.

Icky thump :(

better today than in a close game i guess... lets bring in our actual pitchers now.

QUOTE (Reddy @ Apr 11, 2012 -> 01:30 PM)
that's absurd. you can't take his first couple years and say they have ANY bearing on what he'll do for the REST of his career. You use the last 3 years as a basis for comparison. lol

Ok then I am wrong, I thought you looked at a career and that is what I meant and the nI said he improved over time soI was wrong

usea Loogy as a Loogy and that is it, please

QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Apr 11, 2012 -> 01:24 PM)
For his career he has pitched 923.2 innings and started all 151 games he has appeared in for an average of 6.11 innings per start what was is ridiculous about this.

Over the last three years that has improved but that is what it is for his career.

What's ridiculous about it is you said he can't go more than 6 innings. You said that today, not in 2007. You're just wrong.

Ohman should unintentionally walk the righties and get out the lefties in this situation. It would be much better. lol. At least, Ohman looking solid against the lefties. That has to be it for Ohman today.

wanted to see humber get some live practice in...

Seriously, someone watch that video, what is that guy trying to chant that pissed off AJ?

Mommy senior?

Butthole zipper

I cant figure it out.

Looks like we're going to have another Sergio Santos save opportunity again vs. Boston.

What a line for Morel. 2 AB's, 3 runs. Now 1 for his first 16.

Verlander, meanwhile with a one-hitter through 6. What else is new?

9,072 fans in attendance in cold CLE.

Ok I was wrong he has in his career gone longer than 6 innings in a game

Last year he almost averaged pitching 6 and a third innings a game. Can I use the last two games to show that he is not a 6 inning pitcher or is this sample size too small?

Sorry for being ridiculous.

Maybe it was a good thing Gomez didn't pitch against us. 6 up, 6 down, 3Ks in two IP.

Sounds like "You're a cheater" to me.

We're very lucky we didn't have to face Gomez as a starter today.

Romero puts the first two on base for TOR, no outs and pitch count around 100.

Now what do the Jays do?

Link?

No confidence in Sergio. Left him out there for the lefty lefty matchup with A GON

Can't let Cleveland get tying run to the plate. Thought Thornton should have been starting this inning.

sergio is not with the team, he is seeing his baby born

Holy crap, I didn't even bother checking before... apparently our internet is coming from the East Coast. I can watch the White Sox on MLB.tv at work. Oh, this is bad for business!!
